I design and improve business websites around the people who use them. They need to find your site, understand what you do and know how to take the next step. I work on both parts of that journey, whether your site needs a few changes or a new build.
Tell me about your websiteI'll ask how people find you, which questions they bring and what might make them hesitate. That shapes the pages, navigation, copy and calls to action. The site should sound like your business and make the next step feel straightforward.
I plan search foundations from the start, including the pages people are likely to need and the language they use to find them. A design can't make up for missing information or a route that leaves a visitor guessing.
If the current site can do the job with a smaller set of changes, I'll recommend those. When a new site is warranted, I'll scope the build, including any specialist design or development support it needs.

I often build fast static sites, but the platform follows the business. If the project needs specialist visual design or complex software, I'll involve or recommend the right person.
Not necessarily. I'll look at the existing pages and the route a customer takes. Sometimes structure, copy or a working enquiry path is enough.
Yes. Structure, copy, search foundations and the route to enquiry are part of how I plan a website. The exact deliverables appear in the project scope.
No. I often use it for fast, straightforward sites, but I can work with an existing platform or recommend another route when it suits the business better.
I'll say so early. I can lead the structure, copy, search and quality checks, then work with someone whose specialist skills fit the project.
